Help CenterYou can use the 6 digit code within the WatchGuard Authpoint on your cell phone to authenticate instead of receiving the push notifications. This will work for both the website and remote server authentication steps.
- Logging into the www.R360.com website
Select the OTP option under the Authenication Options:
The One-Time Password will be located inside of the WAtchGuard Authpopint app on your cell phone. It is the 6 digit code that regenerates every 30 seconds.
Enter that code as the One-Time Password to complete the authentication process
- Logging into the Recur360 Remote Servers:
When logging into the server you will be presented with several options on how to finalize your authentication. Select the One-Time Password option, and again enter the 6 digit code within your WatchGuard AuthPoint app from the phone. (Note: The 6 digit code regenerates every 30 seconds, so it may have changed)
