Help Center- Go to the website www.r360.com and use the login at the top right of the screen.
- Enter in your username: (Example: A0012301 usernames are your account number followed by 01, 02, 03 and so on. Usernames are provided in your new user setup email)
- Enter your password (The Password is provided in the new user setup email.)
- Make sure to also check the "I have read and accept the terms and conditions" box.
- Click Send Push to your phone and approve the notification on your phone.
- The next screen they should see if done correctly, is the successful authentication window.
- Use the attached icon from this email to login to the remote server by saving to your desktop and then double clicking on the shortcut.
- Approve notification on your phone for server login when it appears on your screen.
