First Time Setup

Congratulations on starting your new Recur360 journey.

To get the full benefits of the software, lets start by connecting your QuickBooks or Xero company file.

    • You should be prompted to connect your accounting software automatically.
    • If not, click settings in the top  right (gear symbol) then 'Account Settings'.

    • If you have already connected QuickBooks or Xero you will see it here.

*NOTE- If you already have, or are looking to get QuickBooks Desktop, we offer hosting services that are available here

Lets start with the main settings for billing and adding Recur360Pay for payment processing.

Click each section to expand:

Billing

Next you may be prompted to update your billing information. You can access your billing settings under settings- billing.

    • In this section you can see your billing details, as well as your next billing date.

Payment Processor

If you want to process payments through Recur360, you will need to apply for a merchant account, click settings- payment processors. Then click 'Sign up for RECUR360PAY'.

When setting up your Recur360 Account there are different settings to look at, depending on what you are going to be using the platform for.

Here are the most common settings we see most used.

Click each section to expand:

Invoice Sync

Now click on Settings- Account Settings. Under 'All Invoice Sync' and 'Open Invoice Sync' check to make sure all the boxes are set appropriately for your business.

Click each section to expand:

Email Settings

The next section to tackle is the email settings. Click Settings- Email Settings

    • The first section to check is your company details. This is where you can set your company logo as well as the primary color that will be shown on emails.
    • For a deep dive into the email settings visit Email Settings.

    • In the 'BCC Email Address' field put any email addresses that you would like to receive a copy of ALL outgoing emails.

*NOTE- Please use caution with this setting, it is for all emails and could be inconvenient. We have Notification Settings to receive copies of certain 'types' of emails.

Invoice/PDF Settings

Now lets check the 'Invoice Settings' and 'PDF Settings' to make sure they are set up how you would like.

  • These settings will depend on your business needs for invoices.
