First Time Setup
Congratulations on starting your new Recur360 journey.
To get the full benefits of the software, lets start by connecting your QuickBooks or Xero company file.

- You should be prompted to connect your accounting software automatically.
- If not, click settings in the top right (gear symbol) then 'Account Settings'.

- If you have already connected QuickBooks or Xero you will see it here.

Lets start with the main settings for billing and adding Recur360Pay for payment processing.
Click each section to expand:
Billing
Next you may be prompted to update your billing information. You can access your billing settings under settings- billing.

- In this section you can see your billing details, as well as your next billing date.
Payment Processor
If you want to process payments through Recur360, you will need to apply for a merchant account, click settings- payment processors. Then click 'Sign up for RECUR360PAY'.

- Once a Recur360Pay account is linked, for QuickBooks connected accounts, you may want to take advantage of Automated Deposits, and/or NSF Automation Setup QuickBooks Online, NSF Automation Setup QuickBooks Desktop.
When setting up your Recur360 Account there are different settings to look at, depending on what you are going to be using the platform for.
Here are the most common settings we see most used.

Invoice Sync
Now click on Settings- Account Settings. Under 'All Invoice Sync' and 'Open Invoice Sync' check to make sure all the boxes are set appropriately for your business.

QuickBooks
These settings are for invoices being pulled from/created in QuickBooks into Recur360, that Recur360 is not aware of.

- These settings are for invoices being pulled from/created in Xero into Recur360, that Recur360 is not aware of. Here is a link for more details on Invoice Sync Automation Settings.

Late/ Convenience Fees
In the account settings you will also want to set up your Late Fees and any applicable Convenience Fees.

Email Settings
The next section to tackle is the email settings. Click Settings- Email Settings

- The first section to check is your company details. This is where you can set your company logo as well as the primary color that will be shown on emails.
- For a deep dive into the email settings visit Email Settings.

- In the 'BCC Email Address' field put any email addresses that you would like to receive a copy of ALL outgoing emails.
*NOTE- Please use caution with this setting, it is for all emails and could be inconvenient. We have Notification Settings to receive copies of certain 'types' of emails.
Invoice/PDF Settings
Now lets check the 'Invoice Settings' and 'PDF Settings' to make sure they are set up how you would like.

Invoice Link Settings
Now under the 'Invoice Link Settings' if you would like your customers/contacts to pay through an email link, then we will want to configure this section.

*NOTE- If your application is pending for Recur360Pay some options will not be available until the account is approved and connected.
