Help CenterTo move payment tokens from Recur360 to another processor, you would start by contacting Recur360 through our Live Chat or email.
There is a token transfer request form we will need to fill out to start the request. We will need to know what token (payment information) is needed/requested to be moved.
For token exports there are costs involved.
Token Exports Pricing:
- 1-1,500 Tokens: $500
- 1,501-5,000 Tokens: $750
- >5,000 Tokens: $1,250
Once we have filled out the token transfer request form, we will send it over to Fullsteam. In the request we will need to know the processor you are exporting to, since the information can only be given to another processor.
This process can take up to 2 weeks to complete.
To complete the export and import to your new processor you will need to work with your new processor and our partner Very Good Security (VGS).
NOTE: If there are multiple requests for tokens there is a new cost for each 'Batch'. For example, if there are 1500 tokens to migrate and you want to start with 500, then the cost for the initial 500 is $500.00. If you do batches of 500 then the total cost would be $1500.00 vs $500.00 if we do it all at once.
