To setup "Sign in with Intuit" Single Sign On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication on your RECUR360 login you will need to link it to an Intuit account and use the Sign in with Intuit button on the login page.

Intuit Account Setup

If you do not already have an Intuit account, you can create one or update it at: https://accounts.intuit.com

Profile

Once you have created an account make sure to complete you name and Address in the Profile Info section

Sign in & Security

Next you will need to make sure your email address and phone number are setup on the Sign in & security section. We recommend the USER ID match your Email address.

2-Step verification and Authenticator

By default the 2 step verification and Authenticator are set to off. 

Click Turn on. Intuit will give you 2 options Phone number or Authenticator app.

The first step is to "Set up" Phone Number Verification. Once you complete that then move to Authenticator App setup. The most secure is to use an authenticator app. In order to enable the Authenticator app you must first enable the Phone number method. This way if the authenticator app is not working you can still use the phone method. 

Phone Number Verification

Click the Set up option next to phone number, then enter your phone number and click Continue. This will text you a 6 digit code to enter

After you enter the code sent to your phone you will need to verify your password. 

Now the option to setup the Authenticator App is available

Click Set Up next to Authenticator App ( you can use any Authenticator App you want, Microsoft, Google..., we recommend WatchGuard AuthPoint which is used in this example)

After clicking Set up, you will see a screen showing a QR code.

Open your Authenticator App and scan the QR code on your computer screen.

After you add your Intuit Account to your Authenticator App, you will see a 6 digit code that gets reset every 30 seconds. Enter that code on the bottom of this screen where it says Code. Then click Turn on.

After you have downloaded the app onto your phone click the QR code icon in the top of the screen 

Then point your phone to the QR code on your screen. As soon as it scans the QR code it will add to Watchguard and begin generating codes. 

Change existing RECUR360 Login to Intuit Single Sign On

After logging into RECUR360, click Settings and then select Login Settings

You will see the button to "Sign in With Intuit" under the Change Login to be Intuit Single Sign On

After clicking this button it will ask you to enter in your Intuit ID/Email address and Intuit Password. You should then be prompted for your Authenticator App 6 digit code again.

Once you complete this process, in the future you will choose Sign in with Intuit button on our Login page.

Each time you go to https://www.recur360.com/login you will use the Sign in with Intuit option below the email and password boxes. You may want to clear stored passwords in your internet browser for the RECUR360 website so this doesn't pre-populate.

Click Sign in with Intuit

This will take you to your Intuit login screen 

After you click Sign In you will need to enter the 6 digit code from your Watchguard AuthPoint or other Authenticator App
