To initiate an export from USAePay, we must first create a Job ID with Very Good Security, our third party provider of token migrations. Please let us know and we will start the process for you. Once you get the email from VGS confirming "ACCEPTED: Conversion Request for ..." please login to this Google Form using your Google Account.

The following form will come up. Make sure your email account associated with your USAePay is are listed, otherwise click Switch Account.

You can export your Customer list from RECUR360 and provide that as a CSV file for USAePay
Click Send me Copies and then Submit
When USAePay completes the export they will notify you via email with instructions on how to download your files or they will let VGS know to download directly. After downloading your files you will forward them to payments@recur360.com and we will send them over to VGS to decrypt.
