Customer Information Editing

The customer information editing settings are in the Settings-Email settings on the right side towards the bottom, just above the "Templates" section.

In this section you can choose whether your customer will have access to edit information through the email link. You can choose what information the customer has access to update by selecting the box next to each item.

 

Pay Online Link

The customer will be able to update this information through the pay online link that is sent with the invoice. 

 

The customer will receive an email similar to:

 

It will take them to a page that looks like:

 

The customer will have to confirm the changes 

 

And will receive confirmation

 

The customer will then receive an email showing the changes 

 

If you have selected to have to confirm the changes

 

YOU will receive an email to confirm the changes 

 

When you clck the link it will redirect you to Recur360. Click either "Deny Changes" or "Approve Changes"

Then click "OK" to confirm

 

The change has now been made and a confirmation is sent to the customer
