Help Center Custom Transaction numbers allow you to assign invoice number when you are creating it. If this is enabled and you are not assigning invoice numbers in Recur360, then no invoice number will be assigned by QuickBooks Online.
Note: Custom Transaction Numbers setting is enabled by default in QuickBooks Online.
- Click the Gear icon, then select Company Settings.
2. Click on the Sales form on the left:
- Then click the edit icon for Sales form content.
- Uncheck the checkbox, and click Save.
After turning off Custom Transaction Numbers setting on QuickBooks Online, Invoice numbers will be automatically incremented when you send invoices to QuickBooks Online.
If you would like to use Custom Transaction numbers in QuickBooks Online you should have Recur360 assign the invoice number under Settings - Account
